Google maps

Friday, April 22nd, 2005

GoogleGoogle recently released the service called Google Maps UK. Unfortunately it was only for the US. Its similar to many sites like multimap but it allows you to drag the map which works very smoothly. It is also great if for example you want to find the nearest pizza place. It points it all on the map very straight forward. As well as using it as a map and finding out were various things are – the ‘route planning’ is great. Its brilliant also when used in combination with Google Local UK

Its brilliant – highly recommend using it.

The FHM List

Thursday, April 21st, 2005

Rachel StevensIts that time of the year again – the results are out for the 100 Sexiest women in the world released by the FHM magazine. I personally am not sure about some of the women in the list. You can view the complete list here.

Here is the top 10:

1. Kelly Brook – she is pretty but I don’t think the sexiest women in the world
2. Cheryl Tweedy – totally agree – very sexy
3. Angelina Jolie – never really seen it myself – very pretty though
4. Michelle Ryan – not sexy at all
5. Elisha Cuthbert – she is very pretty but not top 10 material
6. Britney Spears – shes OK I guess, problem is now shes like an American chav
7. Abi Titmuss – shes very pretty
8. Sarah Harding – sexy and from the Manchester area :)
9. Beyonce Knowles – pretty but I must be the only man in the world who doesn’t find her that sexy
10. Charlotte Church – not sure why she is in the list

Some people I think who should of been higher and maybe in the top 10 are Rachel Stevens (13th), Keira Knightley (18th), Louise Redknapp (21st), Sarah Michelle Geller (51st) and Rachel Bilson(Summer from The OC) (99th).

My personal list would be something like: (theres 11 but I dont care!)

Rachel Stevens
Nikki Sanderson
Louise Redknapp
Keira Knightley
Jessica Alba
Sarah M Gellar
Jennifer Aniston
Dannii Minogue
Cheryl Tweedy
Charisma Carpenter (for some reason not on the top 100 list)
Tiffani Thiessen

Not sure how Nicola from Girls Aloud ( 77th) got in the list – she always looks so miserable!!
