Once again its been awhile since I have blogged. Two women have been selling junk food to pupils at a school. Loads of people trying to get children healthy and there are these stupid idiots selling them crap. However it doesnt seem to work for them completely because many students prefer the healthier options provided by the school. Healthy stuff doesnt have to be ‘boring’ – it showed on some program the options they have (maybe Jamies Olivers School Dinners) and they got some nice stuff like home made pizzas.

Stupid women!
Tuesday, September 26th, 2006The Hamster walks and talks
Tuesday, September 26th, 2006
Richard Hammond is making good progress and has even walked himself – going to the toilet in the early hours of Friday morning. He has also talked to his co-stars. Jeremy Clarkson made him smile by having a go at his bad driving
His family have been overwhelmed with the support from the public – lots of people have been sending emails, flowers etc. They have received messages from all around the world.
The new seasons of Top Gear which was due to start on 8th October will be delayed. I hope it will be back and the show will not change too much. I am sure Richard wouldnt want it to change.
Amazingly he didnt break any bones and the only obvious injury is a black eye. Its still early days and you never know with brain injuries but its looking a lot better for Richard (and his family) than it did a few days ago.
Get well soon Richard!
Michael Brown – dirty ****
Tuesday, September 26th, 2006Once again Fulham’s Michael Brown proofed himself to be a nasty piece of work. In the game versus Chelsea a few days ago he went for a 2 footed challenge on Cashley Cole. He could have easily broken his leg or ankle. Looking back at his challenge on Giggs at the start of the season – it just gets worse the more you look at it.
The ref for the game Mark Halsey didnt exactly do any favours. He said “It was a 50-50 challenge in my opinion.” Yeah right!!
He also said “No one complained and after about 30 seconds Cole got straight back up and we got on with the game.”
So does that mean if someone 2 foot tackles you but you dont complain its OK!?!? One thing, Chelsea did complain. Also, does this mean he is admitting that refs can have there decision changed – does he mean if loads of players have a go at him he chnage his mind???
This isnt the first (or second) 2 footed shocking tackle – you may remember his tackle on Sean Davis last year (or maybe year before).
Richard Hammond injured
Wednesday, September 20th, 2006
Richard Hammond has been injured in a car crash while filming for Top Gear. He was in a jet powered car when it happened.
He was taken to a Leeds hospital to a special neurological department. He is currently in a critical condition. A spokesman for the ambulance service said he was unconscious when they got to the scene but he regained consciousness at the hospital. It sounds rather serious. I hope he gets better soon. Top Gear is my favourite program, hes a really good presenter and he seems like a top bloke.
My thoughts and prayers are for his family and friends. Get well soon ‘Hamster’
Becks
Tuesday, September 19th, 2006
David Beckham was on Radio 1 on Monday. He was in England to also promote his book and go to his academy. He scored a goal for Real Madrid running from his own penalty box and was one and one with keeper. It was nothing spectucular about it but he finished it really well.
He was on the Chris Moyles show and was on for over 1 hour. He came across as a really decent down to earth bloke who really loves his family. He answered all the questions openly and was a great guest. He said many things but regarding him losing him England place he was disappointed and was angry after the phone call with McClaren. He said if he was a betting man he would not bet on him to play for England again. He said playing for England and playing as captain was a massive thing for him.
He also said he could not play for another English team after playing for United. He just couldnt play in another shirt against United at Old Trafford. Bottom line was that he is a United fan. It just shows he is red through and through and I would love him back at United. He said “I played for United for many years and they’re the team I support and love. “I don’t think I could put another shirt on and play against United at Old Trafford. I’m happy playing my football in Spain with Real Madrid.”
Regarding Becks playing for England, Owen Hargreves has said there is “always room for Becks“. He also said “At the moment he is not in the picture but I don’t think you could ever really close the door on Becks because he has been such a resilient individual in the past and he still has a lot to add to the team.” Its nice for someone in the England camp saying that. Nice one Owen.
