A skyscraper will be built in Dubai which will have revolving floors. Each floor moves independently from one another.
Looking at the “promo” video it will look impressive – in some shots almost like its some sort of wave and something swirling about in the wind. Whats next????

I was going to blog about this too! I think it looks amazing. I read all the comments on the BBC website about how the designer hadn’t taken anything like ‘whether it will actually work in real life’ into account, but I don’t – I think it looks really cool!
