I built the Ning web site recently and they have had a good few months. They were recently in the running for new restaurant of the year and their head chef Norman Musa was up for chef of the year in the Manchester Food and Drinks awards. Unfortunately they didnt win but recently Ning, and in particular Norman had some excellent news when it was announced that Norman had been hired by newly formed Formula 1 team Lotus F1 as race chef!!
Norman will spend the 9 months during the F1 calendar travelling with the team. However, he will spend alternate weekends back in the restaurant (when their is no race), when the F1 calendar is in Europe.
