Went to the Motor Show in Birmingham and had a good time. Some real nice cars but not as big as would thought it would be. For example no BMW stand or Alfa stand. Would have liked to have seen the new Alfa GT and sit in some of the newer BMWs. Favourite car of the show was the Mercedes SLR McLaren. Other highlights include the Porsche Carrera GT and 911 GT3, the TVR Sagaris, the Evo VIII MR and the Aston Martins (Vanquish and DB9). The VX Lightning (i think an new version of the VX 220) and the Mazda 6 MPS Concept look pretty nice too.
The Live Arena show was OK - we did not have the best seats really as we were right at the side. Pretty impressive driving.
